Join Kaitlin from Taking Root Education for a gentle, nature-based morning designed for families to reconnect with themselves, with one another, and with the land.

We'll begin with a grounding breathwork practice and introduce a theme to carry with us throughout the session. As we walk mindfully along the farm, we’ll pause often—inviting wonder, curiosity, and sensory exploration.

Following our walk, we’ll gather in community for reflection, a nature-inspired mindfulness activity, and space for free, wild play. This is a nourishing morning meant to spark joy, presence, and connection in both you and your child.

This session is for you if you’re looking to:

  • Start your day with intention and presence—for yourself and your child

  • Spend meaningful time outdoors in a beautiful farm setting

  • Connect with like-hearted parents and caregivers

  • Foster a deepened relationship with nature and mindful living

Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.

REGISTER HERE! This is a donation class series - no ticket price, please just donate what you can :)

Join RISE Fitness Studio this summer at beautiful Heron Pond Farm in South Hampton for our second Fit at the Farm summer fitness series! We will be meeting near the blooming flower gardens for a workout you won't forget one Sunday a month. We will rotate teaching one of our signature RISE classes each month amped up by adding in the gorgeous surroundings.

Expect to blast fat, sweat, rev up your metabolism and build strength and endurance while working to the beat of a motivating playlist! We might dance, hit some cardio, focus on core work, use our bodyweight, grab weights for strength training, test balance and agility, or hit a combo of all of the above. Class is always creative, and it flows to fit our needs. Especially if our need is a killer workout that puts a smile on our face and some pep in our step.  Our classes are for all levels, as there are always modifications offered.

Please bring water and a mat (if you have one)! And of course, it's encouraged to check out the Heron Pond farmstand after class to get some healthy, local ingredients for an after workout dinner or treat!

Flower bouquet workshops

Saturday August 2nd / Sunday September 14th

Registration link to come.

Spend a Saturday morning on the farm learning from farmer Greg’s wife Reina. She will teach you how to properly harvest, arrange and store the variety of flowers we have available on the farm.

You will have the choice to make and take home 1 large bouquet or 2 small bouquets.

Please bring a water bottle, wear closed toed shoes (garden shoes or muck boots) and clothes that you're comfortable wearing in a field for 1.5-2 hours. There may be mud. If you can, please bring a pair of pruning shears or scissors, as we have a limited amount on the farm.

Thursday mornings at 10am / June 26 - August 21

Join our CSA Manager Mikayla for a weekly exploration of the children’s garden and farming through hands-on learning and art projects for the kids. Activities range from leaf rubbing to finding bugs, dissecting soils, harvesting greens to make pesto and so much more. There is so much we can learn from a garden, so let’s get exploring!

This program will be outdoors so bring a blanket or chairs to sit on and meet me in the garden. A parent or caregiver should be present, please. If it rains, this program may be canceled. Registration is not required.
